Yes. We currently deliver to most serviceable locations across India.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 24 hours, and delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
Is shipping free?
Yes. We offer Free Shipping on orders above ₹500.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive tracking details via Email, SMS, and you can also track your order from our tracking page.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

To reduce fake orders and ensure smooth delivery, all COD orders are verified over a phone call before dispatch.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 5 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. A complete unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests.
Can I return a used product?
No. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used adult wellness products cannot be returned or refunded.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 15 business days. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method, while COD refunds are processed via bank transfer.
