Return Window
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

A complete unboxing video is mandatory. Claims submitted without a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video may not be accepted.

The product must be received in the same condition as delivered.

The item must be unused, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice (if provided).
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene, safety, and the intimate nature of our products, opened, used, or tampered adult wellness products and sex toys cannot be returned or refunded.
Returns are accepted only if:

You receive a damaged product.

You receive the wrong item.
The mandatory unboxing video must clearly show the issue.
Sale items, promotional items, gift cards (if applicable), and products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for a fixed return shipping fee of ₹100 for approved returns unless otherwise communicated by our support team.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

A valid unboxing video is compulsory for all exchange requests.
Exchange requests that do not meet our eligibility conditions may be declined.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Online prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer after collecting the necessary bank details.
Refunds are processed within 15 business days after approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply before the amount appears in your account.
