Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within India.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of successful order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require phone verification before dispatch. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled.


Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, most orders are delivered within:

5–7 Business Days

  • Weather conditions

  • Unexpected logistical delays

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control cannot be guaranteed against.


Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on orders of ₹500 and above.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.


Discreet Packaging

Your privacy is important to us.

All Zovax orders are shipped in plain, discreet, tamper-resistant packaging without revealing the contents or product category on the outside of the package.


Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will generally make multiple delivery attempts.

If the delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, refusal to accept the parcel, or failure to respond to courier communications, the package may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch requests.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of placing an order.

Zovax is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses, phone numbers, or other shipping details provided by the customer.


Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, appears tampered with, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

A complete unboxing video is mandatory for us to investigate and process claims related to damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders.

  • There are no additional COD charges.

  • COD orders require phone verification before dispatch.

  • Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled.
