We currently ship only within India.

  • Order Processing Time: Within 24 hours

  • Estimated Delivery: 5–7 business days

  • Free Shipping: Orders above ₹500

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Tracking information is shared via Email, SMS, and through our order tracking page.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Important conditions include:

  • Return request within 5 days of delivery.

  • Mandatory complete unboxing video.

  • Returns accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used adult wellness products cannot be returned.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days.

  • Exchanges are available only for eligible damaged or defective items.
